DSST Mission:

It is DSST's mission to provide our community with opportunities for swimming improvement, competition, lifetime fitness and social interaction in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

Located in San Diego, California, our team provides a comprehensive weekly schedule of coached workouts. Workouts are high-energy events where the team camaraderie helps each member reach new levels. The shared team experience makes for great outside training partners and enduring friendships.
