DSST Workouts

Below is an outline of a typical DSST swim workout.  Our Monday through Friday workouts are one-hour and 15 minutes long and normally start with a 500 warm up.  The workouts also include post warm-up drills, a main set between 1000-2000 yards/meters, and end with a cool down set.  Our workouts vary in concentration, but tend to work on strength training, pace, form and speed.  Saturday and Sunday workouts are usually one-hour and 30 minutes long.

We labeled our workouts as follows:
