DSST Workouts
Below is a list of swim workouts that DSST has used. Our
Monday through Friday workouts are one-hour long starting with a
500 warm up, include post warm-up drills, have a main set
between 1000-2000 yards/meters, and end with a cool down set.
Our workouts vary in concentration, but tend to work
on strength training, pace, form and speed.
We have labeled our
workouts as follows: <Pool
